ISO 9000:1994 (1/2-Day) - This course provides an overview of the ISO 9000:1994.
It includes background information of the standard itself, the benefits of implementing
an ISO 9000 system, an overview of each of the twenty elements and how to apply them in
real world situations, a discussion of pitfalls to avoid when implementing ISO 9000
and an overview of the registration process.
The objective is to give you the information necessary to make a decision whether to
pursue ISO 9000 and choices for the best ways for you to pursue implementation.
This course assumes no previous knowledge of ISO 9000.
Transitioning from ISO 9000:1994 to ISO 9000:2000 (1/2-Day) - This course describes the
major differences between the current ISO 9000 standard and the 2000 revision.
Discussions include interpretations of added requirements, how to modify your current
ISO system to meet these requirements and RAB / Registrar transition policies.
This course is designed for those who have a current ISO 9000 Quality Management System
in place and wish to upgrade to the new standard.
ISO 9000:2000 (1/2-Day) - This course provides an overview of the ISO 9000:2000.
It includes background information of the standard itself, the benefits of implementing
an ISO 9000 system, an overview of the eight Quality Management Principles and four Core
Basic Processes and the associated requirements, a discussion of pitfalls to avoid when
implementing ISO 9000 and an overview of the registration process.
This course is designed for those who are thinking of ISO 9000 or for those who have
just begun.
TL 9000 Adders and TL 9000 Metrics (1-Day) - This course describes the additional
requirements required by the telecommunications industry.
The course provides an interpretation of each additional TL 9000 requirement and required
metrics.
This course assumes a basic knowledge of ISO 9000.
QS 9000 Differences (1-Day) - This course describes the additional requirements
required by the automotive industry.
The course provides an interpretation of each additional QS 9000 requirement including
an overview of the required tools.
This course assumes a basic knowledge of ISO 9000.
AS 9000 Differences (1/2-Day) - This course describes the additional requirements
required by the aerospace industry.
The course provides an interpretation of each additional AS 9000 requirement.
This course assumes a basic knowledge of ISO 9000.
1-Day Management Responsibility and Commitment Workshop - This course is for Top
Management, Upper management and any ISO 9000 Steering committee.
It provides a basic understanding of the roll and commitment necessary to develop,
implement and maintain a successful ISO 9000 system.
It covers the development of a quality policy, objectives, how to get the most out
of measurements and data analysis, and the requirements of management review.
This course includes exercises.
This course is for those who have little to no knowledge of the ISO 9000 requirements.
2-Day Internal Auditor Workshop - This course is designed to train your internal
auditors to conduct effective and meaningful internal audits.
It provides your auditors with the tools and methodologies for
planning an audit, conducting an audit, sampling objective evidence, and
report the results.
Internal audits are a requirement of ISO 9000 and having qualified personnel to perform
internal audits is a must.
This course includes an in-dept discussion of the ISO 9000 requirements, exercises,
role playing and case studies.
This course assumes there is little to no prior knowledge of ISO 9000.
